About Us
Pak Watan Council (PWC) is a registered institution under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in Pakistan. We are a non-political, non-profit organization committed to advocating, promoting, and protecting human rights. Our mission aligns with local, national, and international legal frameworks, including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), and Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNDHR).
Since our inception in 1990, we have worked tirelessly to build a just, fair, and inclusive society by addressing social injustices, empowering marginalized communities, and promoting equality, peace, and sustainability.

Ahmad Ali Kasuri Advocate
Ahmad Ali Kasuri is a Gold Medalist LL.B. graduate from Punjab University and a dedicated advocate committed to the rule of law and human rights. As an Attorney on the Federal Panel of the Ministry of Law & Justice, Pakistan, he actively works on legal reforms and justice. With expertise in civil defense, law moots, and journalism, he leads the Pak Watan Council, striving for national development and legal excellence.

Muhammad Fateh Baz Khan
Ahmad Ali Kasuri is a Gold Medalist LL.B. graduate from Punjab University and a dedicated advocate committed to the rule of law and human rights. As an Attorney on the Federal Panel of the Ministry of Law & Justice, Pakistan, he actively works on legal reforms and justice. With expertise in civil defense, law moots, and journalism, he leads the Pak Watan Council, striving for national development and legal excellence.


Secretary General PWC
Muhammad Waqas
Muhammad Waqas is the Secretary General and Chief Coordinator of the organization since its inception. He holds an MPhil in Economics and an LLB from the University of the Punjab. With expertise in teaching and tax consultancy, he has played a key role in guiding clients and supporting education. Under his leadership, the organization has successfully launched initiatives like Rashan Distribution, tree plantation drives, and school stationery and uniform distribution. His dedication to social welfare continues to drive the organization’s success.

Vice Chancellor
Dr Abdul Quddus Khokhar
Dr. med. Abdul Quddus Khokhar FRSA is the Vice Chancellor of the organization, a medicolegal consultant, and a practicing physician. A King Edward Medical University graduate, he has served as a family physician since 1991. Known for his generosity, he has led medical camps and funded aid initiatives. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, an Associate Member of the World Medical Association, and a Central Council member of the Pakistan Medical Association.
